Job summary

Univers in Singapore seeks a seasoned product leader to own the AI Workbench vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for its Physical AI platform. You will bridge AI capabilities with enterprise-scale infrastructure, guiding developers and customers in building, deploying, and scaling AI Agents and autonomous workflows.

You will define end-to-end product specs, developer experience, and orchestration capabilities for agentic automation, RAG, and HITL workflows, collaborating with engineering,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or software development with a focus on AI/ML

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year AI Workbench product vision and roadmap.
• Identify high-impact AI enablement opportunities across internal and external ecosystems.
• Define low-code/pro-code agent builder interfaces and evaluation sandboxes.
• Shape developer-facing APIs, SDKs, and integration specifications.
• Lead multi-agent orchestration capabilities.
• Establish governance, RBAC, data privacy, HITL workflows, and safe AI practices.
• Specify observability, cost analytics, and AI evaluation pipelines.
