Job summary

searchasia consulting pte. ltd. seeks an AI Transformation Manager to drive responsible AI adoption across the organisation. You will shape the AI roadmap, evaluate solutions, and establish governance, risk controls and stakeholder alignment.

The role collaborates with clinical, operational and corporate teams to identify opportunities, implement AI-enabled workflows and monitor benefits and risks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, technology governance or data governance.
• Experience evaluating, piloting or implementing AI, analytics or generative AI solutions.
• Good understanding of responsible AI, governance, privacy, security and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop the organisation’s AI roadmap and identify suitable use cases.
• Lead the assessment, prioritisation, piloting and implementation of AI solutions.
• Establish AI governance policies, standards and risk assessment processes.
• Assess AI solutions for safety, privacy, security, accuracy, transparency and suitability.
• Manage vendors and monitor the performance, risks and quality of deployed solutions.
• Work with Cybersecurity, Data Governance and IT teams to manage technology and data risks.
• Support staff training, AI literacy and the adoption of AI-enabled workflows.
• Track and communicate the progress, benefits and risks of AI initiatives.

About the Role

What We're Looking For

• Practical experience evaluating, piloting or implementing AI, analytics or generative AI solutions.
• Good understanding ofresponsible AI, governance, privacy, security and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in vendor management, UAT, change management or benefits realisation would be an advantage.
• Healthcare, community care or social service experience would be an advantage.
