Job summary

EAMES Consulting Group (Singapore) PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced AI Governance Manager to lead enterprise governance of AI systems, including Generative AI initiatives.

You will establish frameworks, manage risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and engage stakeholders across technology, legal, and risk teams. You will drive awareness, policy enhancement, and ongoing governance improvements across the full AI lifecycle, collaborating with enterprise stakeholders to embed responsible AI practices

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking an experienced AI Governance Manager to lead and oversee enterprise AI governance initiatives, ensuring the responsible, ethical, and compliant deployment of AI systems across the organization.

This role will drive governance standards, risk management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement across the full AI system lifecycle, including Generative AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and oversight of AI governance frameworks, standards, and operating procedures aligned with regulatory and enterprise requirements.
• Manage AI system lifecycle governance, including registration, risk assessments, approvals, monitoring, and recertification activities.
• Conduct AI risk and compliance reviews covering AI ethics, data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure AI systems meet governance, security, and operational requirements before deployment.
• Drive AI governance awareness, reporting, policy enhancement, and engagement with internal committees and industry forums.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in AI governance, data governance, technology risk, compliance, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of AI governance frameworks, AI ethics, data privacy, and emerging regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OECD AI Principles, EU AI Act, MAS AIRG, and IMDA AI Governance Framework.
• Experience working with enterprise stakeholders across technology, cybersecurity, risk, legal, and business teams.
