Job summary

Shopee Singapore is expanding its Regional People Team to design and govern AI-enabled HR operations. The role focuses on identifying AI opportunities in Operations, rolling out use cases, and supporting governance and KPI tracking to improve employee experiences.

With a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in HR/Operations, you will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, analyze data, and deliver training to drive AI adoption within HR processes across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field (Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, etc.).
• 1+ year experience in HR, Operations, or related functions.
• Exposure to HR domains is a plus.
• Strong coordination with stakeholders and ability to track deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities in Operations workflows (productivity, quality, cost, risk).
• Design and support rollout of AI use cases, SOPs, and playbooks for Operations teams.
• Run demonstrations, training, and onboarding sessions to increase AI tool adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional AI initiatives (planning, follow-ups, timelines, status).
• Collect user feedback and performance data to improve AI solutions.
• Help define and track KPIs for AI adoption and impact.
• Support basic AI governance activities (usage guidelines, guardrails, documentation).
