• Lead discovery sessions to define the real problem and scope.
• Develop compelling business cases, ROI, and transformation potential.
• Own POC/POV initiatives from scoping to execution and adoption.
• Serve as trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout engagement.
• Drive change management, user adoption, and measurable outcomes.
