Job summary

IMDA seeks to shape Singapore's digital future through TeSA, aligning AI fluency training with partners across government, industry and academia. You will strategise and implement AI training programmes within the Jobs and Skills Division, driving world-class ICT workforce development.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing resources, and delivering data-driven outcomes to advance national initiatives and partner engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience with emerging technologies, especially AI.
• Experience with large-scale tech or public-sector programmes.
• Ability to foster collaborations among teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to frame issues strategically and deliver tangible programmes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across thematic workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Strategy, research, programme conceptualisation, goal setting.
• Lead a team to set CET strategy and KPIs.
• Oversee operations: implementation, marketing and communications, reporting, audits.
• Identify quality partners and develop training plans with partners.
• Manage internal IMDA approvals, project implementation, accounts, and CET website.
• Plan CET budget and manpower resources at programme level.
• Organise regular officer training with IMDA Academy.
• Collect, visualise and analyse programme data and dashboards.
• Conduct regular process re-engineering and digital system development.
