ASK Training is seeking a passionate and industry-experienced AI in Finance Trainer to deliver applied training programmes for adult learners. The role blends strong finance expertise with hands-on use of AI tools and excellent adult facilitation skills.

You will deliver WSQ and competency-based training in finance, business analytics, and AI-enabled financial applications, in both in-person and online formats, with emphasis on real-world scenarios and learner outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or related field.
• ACTA or ACLP certification is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in adult education or finance-related training.
• Experience delivering WSQ or competency-based programmes.
• Classroom and virtual training experience is essential.

Responsabilidades

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver WSQ and competency‑based training in finance, business analytics, and AI‑enabled financial applications
• Facilitate both in‑person and online training sessions using learner‑centred methodologies
• Apply real‑world finance scenarios, case studies, and hands‑on activities to enhance learner outcomes
• Guide learners in the practical use of AI tools for finance applications, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and compliance
• Support learner engagement, assessment, and achievement of course learning outcomes

Teaching Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in adult education or finance‑related training
• Proven track record in delivering WSQ or competency‑based programmes
• Experience conducting classroom and virtual training
• Demonstrated ability to engage adult learners and achieve positive course feedback and satisfaction ratings

Industry Expertise

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or business analytics
• Strong understanding of finance processes such as:
• Procurement
• Financial analysis
• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, DeepSeek, or similar tools for:
• Productivity improvement
• Ability to assess and validate AI‑generated outputs, with awareness of:
• Accuracy and reliability
• Compliance and governance considerations

Qualifications

Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
• ACTA or ACLP certification

Advantageous:

• Professional finance credentials (e.g. CPA, CFA)
• Certifications in AI, data analytics, or digital finance
• Recognised credentials in data analytics, prompt engineering, or AI‑enabled financial modelling
• Evidence of ongoing professional development in digital transformation and emerging finance technologies
