• ACTA or ACLP certification (required).
• Certifications in AI, business intelligence, or data analytics preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of data ethics, bias mitigation, and explainability.
• Experience with forecasting models and automation tools.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and analytical thinking skills.
• Experience delivering online training via Zoom / Microsoft Teams.
