Key Responsibilities

• Deliver WSQ and competency-based training in finance, business analytics, and AI-enabled financial applications
• Facilitate both in-person and online training sessions using learner-centered methodologies
• Apply real-world finance scenarios, case studies, and hands-on activities to enhance learner outcomes
• Guide learners in the practical use of AI tools for finance applications, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and compliance
• Support learner engagement, assessment, and achievement of course learning outcomes

Teaching Experience

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in adult education or finance-related training
• Proven track record in delivering WSQ or competency-based programmes
• Experience conducting classroom and virtual training
• Demonstrated ability to engage adult learners and achieve positive course feedback and satisfaction ratings

Industry Expertise

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or business analytics
• Strong understanding of finance processes such as:
  • Procurement
  • Reconciliation
  • Financial reporting
  • Financial analysis
• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, DeepSeek, or similar tools for:

Qualifications

Mandatory:
