Thirteen Employment Agency is seeking a Business Development Executive for a Singapore-based client that builds custom AI tools for businesses. You’ll identify business owners, secure meetings with leadership, and drive deals through to signing, using calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and direct visits.

This role requires 2–3 years in B2B development, fluent English and Mandarin, and a self-starter mindset. Field-based with uncapped commission and a structured onboarding, plus company-funded tools

Formación

• 2–3 years in B2B business development or lead generation with a track record of booking meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation across multiple channels.
• Book first meetings with decision makers and move deals through to signing.
• Maintain CRM with up-to-date leads and deals.
