CHARIOTS CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Head of Artificial Intelligence to lead AI strategy, development, and integration across the organisation in Singapore. You will drive intelligent automation, data-driven solutions, and business growth through AI initiatives.

You will oversee AI projects, govern data security and privacy, manage budgets and external vendors, and provide technical leadership to enable organization-wide AI adoption.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in AI, ML, software engineering, or technology leadership.
• Proven experience developing and implementing AI strategies and solutions within a business environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the AI strategy, roadmap, and implementation plans.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions, including ML, generative AI, and automation.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into existing processes to boost productivity.
• Oversee AI projects from concept to delivery with measurable business outcomes.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools for business applications.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to solve business challenges with AI.
• Establish AI governance, data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage AI budgets, resources, external vendors, and partnerships.
• Provide technical leadership and training to support AI adoption.
• Monitor performance and reliability of deployed AI solutions.
