Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an AI/ML Business Analyst to translate client needs into actionable data and strategy. You will work with clients and senior teammates to frame use cases, map workflows, and identify AI opportunities.

You'll lead discovery, define objectives, and collaborate with architecture to prototype solutions, present ROI, and help clients realize measurable business value through agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, Business Analytics, AI, Information Systems or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in AI-related Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Technical Consulting, or related field (consulting preferred).
• Foundational programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL) for data manipulation and exploration.
• Knowledge of AI paradigms including LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to present solutions clearly.
• Excellent communication and experience working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business challenges and map workflows to identify AI/ML use cases.
• Explore client data to assess quality and readiness for AI initiatives.
• Define initial AI project objectives, scope, and success metrics from a business perspective.
• Create elevator pitch, vision, and roadmap with ROI models.
• Facilitate client workshops and elicit detailed requirements for AI/ML solutions.
• Collaborate with Solution Architecture to ensure feasibility of rapid prototyping.
• Develop and deliver presentations articulating AI value and ROI.
