Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Junior-Mid AI Analyst to bridge business stakeholders with technical delivery teams. You will identify AI/ML use cases, explore client data, and frame solutions that deliver measurable ROI.

This role suits a strategic thinker with hands-on programming knowledge and a passion for applied AI/ML. You will work with clients and internal teams to define objectives, scope, and success metrics, and you will facilitate workshops to elicit requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2-4 years of experience in AI-related business analysis or data analysis.
Foundational programming skills (Python, SQL).
Solid understanding of modern AI paradigms (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents).
Analytical mindset to identify root causes and propose solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in agile, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Analyze business challenges with clients and map workflows to identify AI/ML use cases.
Explore client data to assess quality and readiness for AI/ML initiatives.
Define project objectives, scope, and success metrics from a business perspective.
Create value summaries and ROI models for AI projects.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with clients.
Bridge client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
Collaborate with Solution Architecture to ensure feasibility and rapid prototyping.
