Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions.

The role focuses on Generative AI, agent frameworks, and RAG systems, with responsibility for data-driven decisions, model performance, and scalable architectures across enterprise systems. You will work on AI applications, data pipelines, and tool-calling frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, AI Engineering or Advanced Analytics.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying ML or AI solutions into production.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents using modern agent frameworks.
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.

• Design and develop AI agents using modern agent frameworks.
