Job summary

Eames Consulting Group is seeking an AI Architect for its regional technology division in Singapore. You will lead the architectural blueprint and delivery of the firm’s core AI enablement platform, serving as the technical bridge between enterprise infrastructure, data science, and business units to scale AI/ML initiatives regionally.

You will define guardrails for AI security, governance, and compliance while driving production-grade platforms with strict reliability and latency standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as CS, data science, or AI.
• Around 7–10 years of overall technical experience with at least 5 years in software architecture, data engineering, and AI/ML system implementation.
• Deep architectural proficiency across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and native AI/ML tooling.
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and modern data engineering ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, end-to-end AI/ML platforms and pipelines from data ingestion to model serving and monitoring.
• Bridge enterprise use cases with technical architecture, defining platform blueprints and specs.
• Collaborate with data science, data engineering, product, and enterprise architecture to scale AI initiatives to production.
• Define and enforce platform guardrails for AI security, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure platform performance, reliability, fault tolerance, and latency meet enterprise standards.

We are partnered with an established organisation to appoint a AI Architect for their regional technology division in Singapore.

In this role, you will lead the architectural blueprint and delivery of the firm's core AI enablement platform. You will act as the technical bridge between enterprise infrastructure, data science teams, and business units to scale AI/ML initiatives securely and reliably across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect scalable, end-to-end AI/ML platforms and pipelines, covering everything from secure data ingestion through model serving, tracking, and monitoring.
• Bridge enterprise business use cases with technical architecture, defining platform blueprints and engineering specifications.
• Partner closely with data science squads, data engineering, product teams, and enterprise architecture to drive AI initiatives from POC into resilient production environments.
• Define and enforce platform guardrails covering AI security, ethical data use, model governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure platform performance benchmarks meet stringent enterprise reliability, fault tolerance, and latency standards.

Requirements:

• Degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a relevant technical discipline.
• Around 7–10 years of overall technical experience, with at least 5 years specifically dedicated to software architecture, data engineering, and AI/ML system implementation.
• Deep architectural proficiency across major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and native AI/ML tooling.
• Practical familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and modern data engineering ecosystems (Python, Scala, or Java).
• Hands-on conceptual or practical experience with Generative AI / LLM frameworks, alongside secure SDLC, model governance, and compliance guardrails.
• Prior exposure to highly regulated environments (e.g., Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector) is strongly preferred.
