Job summary

Microsoft Regional Sales Pte. Ltd. seeks an AI Business Process Sales and Service Solution Engineer to drive AI-enabled Dynamics 365 Sales & Service solutions for the SME-C workload.

You will own technical win strategies, craft demonstrations, and collaborate with DSS, partners, and CSU to advance opportunities. With 5+ years in tech sales or account management, you will engage CIOs, BDMs, and TDMs, shaping roadmaps and ensuring successful deployments, including Copilot Studio and AI Agents

Qualifications

• 5+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
• 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
• Proven track record in customer-facing environments and strategic sales engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation engagements focusing on Sales and Service domains.
• Own the technical win strategy and coordinate with DSS, partners, and CSU for deal orchestration.
• Design solution and deliver industry-aligned demonstrations to win technical decisions.
