Job summary

Google Singapore is hiring an AI Customer Engineer for Google Cloud who will partner with technical sales teams to differentiate Google Cloud. You will be a technical expert responsible for accelerating wins, writing code, developing prototypes, and demos to promote AI solutions for customers.

You will solve AI-centered customer issues, provide feedback to influence product development, and present practical, useful solutions to customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience in architecting AI-integrated solutions using agents with enterprise data sources (RAG, Text-to-SQL, semantic search).
Experience with coding in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Java to demo or prototype integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Drive the technical solution for complex workloads within AI product areas to ensure rapid adoption.
Provide deep technical consultation and build lasting customer relationships.
Document and prioritize customer feature requests and issues with Product/Engineering teams.
Collaborate with sales to accelerate technical wins and adoption of specialized workloads.
Travel to customer sites and events as required.
