Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking an Advanced AI Customer Engineer in Singapore to accelerate adoption of AI workloads. You will partner with technical sales to differentiate Google Cloud and deliver customer-focused AI demos, proofs-of-concept, and prototypes.

You will solve AI-centered issues, engage with executives, and collaborate with product/engineering to share insights and improve offerings. Strong communication and presentational skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of cloud native architecture experience in customer-facing roles.
Experience integrating AI models using agents with enterprise data sources (RAG, Text-to-SQL, semantic search).
Coding in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Java to demo or prototype integrations.

Responsibilities

Drive technical solutions for complex AI workloads to enable rapid adoption with sales support.
Develop customer-tailored solutions combining sales strategy with prototyping and demos.
Provide deep technical consultation and build lasting customer relationships.
Document and prioritize customer feature requests with Product and Engineering.
Travel to customer sites and events as required, representing Google Cloud publicly.
