Job summary

Chan Brothers Travel (PTE) LIMITED is seeking an AI Solution Specialist to translate business goals into practical AI solutions, guiding design, development, and deployment across the organisation. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors and internal IT teams to ensure implementations are technically sound, scalable and aligned with strategy.

This delivery-focused role requires hands-on experience in AI technologies, governance and risk management, plus strong project management

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in AI, technology implementation, solution delivery, digital transformation or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing at least two AI projects within an organisation, preferably projects that have progressed into production.
• Strong understanding of the full AI implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, use-case assessment, solution design, development/configuration, testing and validation, deployment, production support and continuous improvement, adoption and responsible use.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, preferable including Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, machine learning, RAG and/or AI automation.

Responsibilities

• AI Solution Design & Implementation: Translate business requirements and use cases into practical AI solution blueprints and technical specifications.
• Technical & Vendor Management: Review, assess and validate vendor proposals, solution architecture and deliverables.
• Project Management & Delivery: Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables and dependencies with stakeholders and vendors.
• AI Quality, Governance & Risk: Ensure AI solutions follow industry best practices and governance.
• AI Enablement & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes through AI and emerging technologies.
• Other Responsibilities: Support other digital transformation, automation and technology initiatives.
• Additional Responsibility: Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
