Job summary

EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI Researcher for our R&D team in Singapore to advance statistical modelling, predictive analytics, ML, and applied AI development.

You will build rigorous analytical models and explore LLM-powered agents to solve real-world problems. You will develop models, perform statistical experiments, wrangle data, engineer features, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Data Science or related quantitative discipline preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in predictive modelling: regression, classification and/or time-series forecasting.
• Strong foundation in statistical modelling and experimental analysis.
• Proficient in Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn and SciPy, with good data manipulation and feature-engineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate predictive models, including regression, classification, time-series forecasting, and mathematical models.
• Conduct statistical analysis and experimentation, including EDA, hypothesis testing, power analysis, significance testing, and model validation.
• Perform data wrangling, feature engineering, outlier detection, and analysis of structured datasets.
• Research and develop LLM-powered AI agents capable of reasoning, querying data, and invoking predictive models or analytical tools.
• Build reproducible Python-based ML pipelines and evaluate model performance and limitations.
• Communicate research findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
