Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead AI/ML and data-driven initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure governance across the lifecycle from planning to delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in project or program management, a strong grasp of AI/ML lifecycles, data platforms, cloud tech, and excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of project/program management experience, including 2–3 years leading AI/ML or data-driven initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, data platforms, model governance, and cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
