Job summary

Ikas International (Asia) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage AI, data and digital transformation projects from proof-of-concept to production.

You will define scope, plans and timelines with business and technical teams, lead Agile delivery, govern projects, and report to executives while ensuring data privacy and responsible AI compliance.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience delivering AI, data, ML, GenAI or automation projects from POC to production.
• Working knowledge of GenAI/LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, MLOps and data pipelines.
• Understanding of AI governance, PDPA, data privacy, security and responsible AI principles.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing vendors and delivery partners is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PSM or PMI-ACP certification is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
