Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking an experienced AI Security Manager to lead security strategy, architecture and controls across AI, GenAI and ML environments. You will design security controls for GenAI, AI agents, copilots and ML systems, and guide AI security testing, red-teaming and remediation activities.

You will strengthen detection and response for AI-related threats and collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, audit and technology teams to manage AI security risks, reporting to senior stakeholders on

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 3 years in AI/ML security or MLSecOps.
• Hands-on experience securing production AI, GenAI or ML systems.
• Familiar with NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10 and MITRE ATLAS.
• CISSP, CISM or equivalent security certification preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI security strategy, architecture standards and control frameworks.
• Design security controls for GenAI, AI agents, copilots and ML systems.
• Lead AI security testing, red-teaming and remediation activities.
• Strengthen detection and response for AI-related threats such as prompt injection, data leakage, deepfakes and AI-driven phishing.
• Work closely with cybersecurity, risk, audit and technology teams on AI security risks and incidents.
• Provide guidance and reporting to senior stakeholders on AI security posture and risks.
