Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking an experienced Data Science/AI Project Manager in Singapore to lead end-to-end AI initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver practical AI solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in DS/AI project delivery, strong stakeholder communication, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Based in Singapore, you will drive projects from planning through handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field as required.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Science/AI project delivery or similar roles.
• Experience managing AI/ML projects from requirements to production deployment.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Data Science and AI/ML projects from problem definition to testing, deployment and handover.
• Engage business stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into project scope, deliverables, tasks and success criteria.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, Developers and Technical Leads to deliver AI/ML solutions.
• Track project timelines, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate user testing, production readiness, deployment and handover.
• Present project progress, technical findings and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, approvals and stakeholder sign-offs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related STEM field
