Job summary

Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) is seeking an Assistant Manager to strengthen the AI programme operations. You will coordinate sessions, build dashboards, and develop data models to measure AI adoption and outcomes across programmes.

You will implement Power Automate pipelines to streamline workflows and explore AI tools for knowledge management, reporting to executives and officers. Role focuses on content creation, knowledge bases, and maintaining a growing repository of lessons

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, CS, data analytics, or related fields.
• Experience building data dashboards and reports in Excel/Power BI.
• Comfort with automating workflows using Power Automate.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Content creation and knowledge management ability.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all sessions, including scheduling and invites.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track adoption metrics.
• Develop a structured data model for tracking AI adoption metrics.
• Create Power Automate pipelines to automate workflows.
• Explore AI tools to automate knowledge management and documentation.
• Produce short reports on AI tools and potential use cases.
• Provide operational support to AI Champions and Hackathons.
• Create and maintain content resources, slides, knowledge bases, and guides.
• Document wins, use cases, and case studies for knowledge base.
• Compile lessons learned and best practices for the knowledge base.
• Maintain InnoLab Idea Bank repository for outcomes.
• Share GovTech AI services and resources with the team.
• Any other duties as assigned.
