Job summary

Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) is seeking an Assistant Manager to foster a culture of AI adoption across the organisation. The role involves building and energising the AI community, mentoring officers in using AI tools, and driving engagement through meaningful programmes and activities.

You will be a hands-on AI practitioner, connector, and mentor, inspiring officers to experiment with AI tools in their day-to-day work and to develop practical AI workflows that deliver tangible

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS/Data Analytics/IS or related fields.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI tools and workflows.
• Ability to mentor others and engage officers with energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Organise Innovation Showcases and Peer Discovery Sessions to foster AI adoption.
• Support AI Champions community by recognising officer wins and sustaining momentum.
• Mentor officers in applying AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.
• Design and build AI workflow templates and prompt libraries from scratch.
• Research and evaluate new AI tools and summarise potential use cases for leadership.
