Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in programme management, governance, emerging technology implementation, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of AI, emerging technologies, and governance considerations with ability to translate priorities into practical implementation approaches.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organisation-wide AI programmes and initiatives aligned with priorities and outcomes.
• Design and operationalise governance frameworks, approval processes, reporting mechanisms, and implementation guidelines.
• Coordinate AI initiatives and governance processes, monitor adoption, progress, risks, and key decisions for delivery.
• Guide evaluation, piloting, and adoption of emerging AI technologies with feedback and implementation insights.
• Provide advisory and implementation support to business stakeholders on AI adoption to improve effectiveness.
• Lead capability-building initiatives, workshops, communities of practice, and learning programmes to strengthen AI literacy.
• Translate experiences into reusable frameworks, playbooks, and governance improvements.
