Job summary

NCS Group in Singapore is seeking a Technology Strategist to shape our technology vision and drive strategic initiatives that align with business goals. This role requires bridging AI product development with AI-enabled services to advance digital transformation across clients.

The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of experience in both product and delivery, with familiarity in AI/ML, cloud, and governance. APAC experience, especially Singapore, is advantageous for strategic impact.

Qualifications

Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience with demonstrated bilingual expertise across both AI product development and AI service delivery.
Experience in AI/ML, cloud technologies, digital services, or emerging technology domains.
Experience working with government, telco, or large enterprise clients preferred.
APAC experience, especially Singapore, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Shape NCS's technology vision and drive strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Translate product development methodologies from Big Tech into scalable service offerings.
Advise on productized AI solutions deployed across multiple clients while maintaining customization.
Lead AI adoption and digital resilience initiatives with governance and ethical practices.
Develop technology roadmaps, assess market trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
