Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an AI Product Owner, Indirect Cost, to lead the development and deployment of AI-driven cost solutions for construction, facilities, infrastructure, and other indirect spending categories.

You will work closely with Global Construction, Facilities, Procurement, and Program Management to identify opportunities, analyze data, and drive value across capital projects. The role focuses on cost visibility, ROI analyses, and scalable digital solutions, with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
7+ years of experience in construction cost management or capital projects.
Experience managing construction costs and project financial performance.
Strong understanding of construction lifecycle, estimating, contracts, and change management.

Responsibilities

Lead AI-powered cost optimization initiatives across construction, infrastructure and facilities projects.
Collaborate with Construction, Facilities, Procurement, Finance, and Cost teams to identify opportunities.
Analyze estimates, contracts, change orders and schedules to identify savings.
Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and benefit tracking methods.
Work with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to build scalable cost management solutions.
Establish cost visibility and analytics to improve project decisions.
Promote adoption of AI-enabled tools in planning and execution workflows.
Monitor financial impact and sustainable value realization.
