Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience delivering cost projects within Operations or Procurement.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/Generative AI use cases for cost and procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost transformation initiatives across procurement and manufacturing.
• Partner with I4.0 managers, analysts and data scientists on AI-enabled cost solutions.
• Own backlog and roadmap for AI and Generative AI use cases; translate ideas into measurable savings.
• Define requirements, prioritize features and ensure solutions deliver impact.
• Establish measurement frameworks for cost, cycle time and productivity.
