Job summary

You will own the product backlog and roadmap for AI-enabled cost solutions, driving cost reduction across procurement and manufacturing while partnering with I4.0 managers, analysts and data scientists.

The role requires 5–10 years of cost transformation experience in operations/procurement, familiarity with semiconductor environments, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of work experience in Cost projects and Cost initiatives within Operations/Procurement functions.
• Familiar with processes, systems and solutions preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to lead and present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog and roadmap for AI-enabled cost solutions across procurement and manufacturing.
• Drive AI-enabled cost reduction and improvement initiatives with cross-functional partners (I4.0 Managers, Analysts & Data Scientists).
• Translate opportunities into actionable initiatives with clear savings and efficiency roadmaps.
• Establish measurement frameworks tracking cost, cycle time, and productivity before/after initiatives.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and business partners to deliver value through AI and automation.
