Job summary

Shopee Singapore Private Limited is seeking an AI Product Manager to bridge Ops, Product, and R&D, delivering AI solutions end to end. You will shape high-impact use cases into clear requirements and drive them from concept to rollout, partnering with Ops and Product at key decision points.

You will measure AI performance, set evaluation frameworks, report outcomes to leadership, scale successful regional initiatives, and promote AI adoption through training and hands-on coaching across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years in AI analytics or product management.
• Experience in AI/automation projects, ideally with LLM-based solutions.
• Ability to translate business processes into product requirements.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach; able to present to leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Ops, Product, and technical teams.
• Builder mindset: curious, pragmatic, willing to experiment.

About the Team:

The Regional Operations team builds AI solutions to internal operational processes that make local and regional operations faster, smarter, and more scalable. Our Artificial Intelligence (AI) Product Managers turn real operational problems into working AI products, while our AI Champion drives adoption across the region. You’ll work at the intersection of Ops, Product, and R&D, and see your work used by teams every day.

Job Description:

• Deliver AI solutions end to end: You’ll work with Ops teams to identify high-impact use cases, shape them into clear product requirements, and take them from concept to POC to full rollout, partnering with Ops and Product at key decision points. You’ll build directly within Regional Operations or bring in R&D when deeper engineering support is needed, and run post-launch reviews to apply the lessons to future projects.
• Measure and govern AI performance: You’ll define success metrics and evaluation frameworks that tie AI quality to business impact, and set up monitoring and human-in-the-loop processes to keep solutions accurate, safe, and reliable. You’ll also track impact and report outcomes, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Scale what works: You’ll spot promising local AI initiatives and help turn them into regional solutions, or support local teams to scale on their own, while documenting and sharing best practices, reusable components, and playbooks across markets.
• Drive AI adoption: You’ll build AI awareness through training, workshops, and hands‑on coaching, and act as an AI implementation consultant to the team while managing the AI budget wisely. By collecting user feedback and driving change management, you’ll make sure solutions are adopted, not just launched.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline; A master’s degree is advantageous but not required
• At least 2 years of experience working on AI-related analytics or product management role
• Experience in product management, operations, or AI/automation projects, ideally with LLM-based solutions
• Strong grasp of business processes and the ability to translate them into product requirements
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, with a fact- and data-driven approach to defining and solving problems; comfortable defining metrics, evaluating performance, and telling a clear story to leadership
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across Ops, Product, and technical teams
• A builder mindset: curious, pragmatic, and eager to experiment and iterate
