• Currently pursuing at least a bachelor's degree in any major.
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks with 4 days onsite during Summer 2027
• Preliminary understanding of TikTok's business ecosystem, especially in the areas of payment and user feedback
• Basic data analysis skills to extract valuable insights from user feedback.
• Strong sense of responsibility to drive the launch of new features, ensuring a smooth experience for users and business units

Responsabilités

• Build and enhance the broadcaster operation platform capabilities for LIVE scenarios, including broadcaster center, performance review and diagnosis, fan engagement, promotion tools, and content optimization.
• Diagnose business status, identify critical pain points, and develop differentiated solutions.
• Establish sound data metrics, monitor and optimize functional modules, and drive product iteration.
• Collaborate with or lead the development of broadcaster supply growth strategies and product solutions for global operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to manage full project cycles, drive platform capabilities, and oversee adoption and training.
