• Proficiency in cloud infrastructures (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong Python programming with API/CLI familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions with executives and technical teams to uncover challenges and propose solutions.
• Design hybrid, private‑cloud, or air‑gapped deployments across AWS/Azure/GCP and Kubernetes.
• Drive 1–3 week POCs using Xagent to solve enterprise use cases such as document extraction or customer support automation.
• Partner with InfoSec to ensure data sovereignty and security standards.
• Advocate for customers and feed insights into product roadmaps for Xinference and Xagent.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Presales AI Solutions Engineer to join my client's Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you will be the technical authority guiding enterprise clients through their AI transformation journey. You will showcase and implement cutting‑edge platforms such as Xinference (a unified serving framework for open‑source LLMs, multimodal, speech, and embedding models) and Xagent (an enterprise multi‑agent platform for autonomous execution, dynamic planning, and tool orchestration).

This is a client‑facing, hands‑on role where you will bridge business goals with technical solutions, design secure architectures, lead Proof‑of‑Concepts (POCs), and demonstrate how enterprises can reduce AI inference costs while deploying reliable autonomous agent workforces.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre‑Sales Discovery & Strategy: Lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders (CTOs, Heads of AI/ML, Infrastructure & Security teams) to uncover challenges and propose solutions.

• Solution Architecture: Design hybrid, private‑cloud, or air‑gapped deployments across AWS, Azure, GCP, or Kubernetes clusters.

• Proof‑of‑Concept Ownership: Drive 1–3 week POCs, building prototypes with Xagent to solve real enterprise use cases (e.g., automated document extraction, customer support automation).

• Security & Governance: Partner with InfoSec teams to ensure compliance with data sovereignty, sandboxing, and enterprise security standards.

• Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back into product roadmaps for Xinference and Xagent.

What We’re Looking For

You should have 2-4 years in Pre‑Sales, enterprise solution, AI Agentic or Technical Consulting (AI/Data Infrastructure preferred)

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of LLM serving engines (vLLM, TensorRT‑LLM, SGLang, Ollama), caching strategies, quantization, and GPU acceleration.

• Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, Dify) and runtime planning, tool use, and RAG architectures.

• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure & compute (Docker, Kubernetes, GPU pooling, AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Advanced Python programming skills and familiarity with APIs, CLI tools, and benchmarking.

Business & Interpersonal Skills

• Ability to engage both executives and technical teams with confidence and clarity.

• Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales cycles and contributing to 6‑figure deals.

• Consultative mindset with strong problem‑solving and solution‑scoping abilities.
