Job summary

Cloudflare Singapore is seeking a People Operations Specialist for a 6-month contract to support day-to-day HR operations with a strong emphasis on automation, AI-assisted workflows, and scalable service delivery.

You will partner with the People Operations Manager and cross‑functional teams to execute core admin tasks while identifying and testing efficiency gains to improve data quality across the region.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal transfers, organizational changes, and offboarding, ensuring a positive experience for employees throughout the APJC region.
• Maintain high data accuracy across HR systems, complete transactions with strict attention to detail, and elevate complex exceptions appropriately.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the regions to ensure consistent and timely execution of HR processes.
• Identify repetitive, manual tasks across People Operations workflows and leverage AI tools, automation, and templates to improve turnaround times.
• Assist in testing, validating, and refining new automation opportunities and AI-driven solutions.
• Monitor, track, and analyze operational data to identify process bottlenecks and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Standardize and maintain SOPs, knowledge base content, templates, and onboarding checklists.
• Develop self-service resources and clear communications that enhance the overall employee experience.
