Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain digital products for HR operations.
• Develop low-code apps using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms).
• Build dashboards and reports with Power BI where applicable.
• Develop AI-enabled automation to improve productivity.
• Gather requirements from HQ PERSCOM and translate into solutions.
• Provide user guides and conduct training for sustainment.
