Job summary

KOPI RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Low-Code Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and support applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Solid understanding of application development concepts, databases, data structures, UI design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on exposure to at least one low-code/no-code platform through academic projects, internships, or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support apps, workflows, and digital solutions using Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and related tech.
• Analyse business requirements and translate into low-code solutions for digitisation and process improvement.
• Develop and maintain apps, workflows, integrations, dashboards, data models, and reusable components under senior guidance.
• Testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, and operational support for deployed solutions.
• Support ICT security, data governance, privacy, accessibility, and lifecycle management in delivered solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and partners, plus document technical and user guides.

Low-Code Engineer

Location: Singapore
Contract Duration: 12 months + potential 12-month extension
Tentative Start Date: Late October 2026
Levels:

• Associate Consultant: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Consultant: 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
• Senior Consultant: 7+ years of relevant experience

Associate Consultant preferred.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support applications, workflow automations, and digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related technologies.
• Analyse business requirements, identify opportunities for digitisation and process improvement, and translate requirements into effective low-code solutions.
• Assist in developing and maintaining applications, workflows, integrations, dashboards, data models, and reusable solution components under the guidance of senior team members.
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and provide operational support for deployed solutions.
• Support the implementation of ICT security, data governance, privacy, accessibility, and application lifecycle management requirements in delivered solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners, while maintaining technical, operational, and user documentation.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Tertiary education qualification in a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Sound understanding of application development concepts, databases, data structures, user interface design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on exposure to at least one low-code/no-code platform through academic projects, internships, personal projects, or work experience. Experience developing applications or workflow automations will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with configuring workflows, business rules, user interfaces, permissions, and basic data integrations.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multi-stakeholder environment.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Exposure to digital solution development, automation platforms, business applications, data analytics tools, or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies and platforms, such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, Copilot, Power BI, SharePoint, or related tools, will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; databases such as SQL or NoSQL; and integration with enterprise systems through REST APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to document work clearly.
• Exposure to source control tools such as Git, Agile delivery practices, application lifecycle management, or CI/CD concepts.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, academic projects, internships, portfolio applications, hackathons, or other practical project experience that demonstrates technical capability.
