Digital Product Developer (Power Platform)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Digital Product Developer to design, develop, and maintain digital solutions that support operational workflows, service delivery, reporting, and decision-making.

The successful candidate will work extensively within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot technologies to develop low-code applications, workflow automation, dashboards, and AI-enabled digital solutions.

Fresh graduates and junior candidates with relevant internship experience, project portfolios, or practical application development experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain digital products that support business and operational functions.
Develop low-code applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including:Power AppsPower AutomateMicrosoft FormsDataversePower BI
Develop AI-enabled applications and workflow automations using Microsoft Copilot and related technologies.
Gather user requirements and translate operational needs into practical digital solutions.
Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and process automation to improve productivity and operational visibility.
Integrate applications with external systems through APIs and digital platforms.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and application enhancements.
Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and support materials.
Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Support the full product lifecycle from development and deployment through enhancement and maintenance.
