Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking an IT graduate or early-career developer to design, build, and maintain digital applications for business operations on the Power Platform. You will create low-code apps, automate workflows, and develop AI-enabled solutions, translating user needs into practical digital systems.

Responsibilities include dashboard development, testing, documentation, user training, and supporting the full lifecycle from development to maintenance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs and application development.
• Knowledge of Python, Power BI, Dataverse, AI application development, databases or Git is advantageous.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and business workflow requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple development tasks.
• Government or public-sector experience is advantageous.

Job Requirements

• Singapore Citizen.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
