Univers is seeking an intern to support HR digital transformation, process automation, and people analytics initiatives. You will work on real-world HR projects, using AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Automate to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

The role offers exposure to HR transformation across regions, data-driven decision-making, and development of HR self-service resources while collaborating with stakeholders globally.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, and the future of work is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps, especially Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement HR process automation and transformation projects.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders across regions.
• Develop AI-powered knowledge resources, self-service tools, and workflow guides.
• Design and maintain HR dashboards and analytics for data-driven decisions.
• Support HR data management, SOPs, and intranet content, and assist in ad hoc projects.
