Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking an AI Development Intern to explore and implement next-generation AI solutions that enhance employee and business experiences. You will gain hands-on exposure to Generative AI, automation, and enterprise AI agent development while working on real-use cases that drive productivity and transformation across the organisation.

Work closely with HR, technology, data, and business teams to design, build, and enhance AI-powered solutions, while learning to apply

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Familiar with Python/JavaScript and programming concepts.
• Understanding of APIs, REST/JSON, and system integrations.
• Interest in enterprise AI and building AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio for HR/business use cases.
• Develop, test, and refine prompts, agent instructions, and workflows.
• Assist integration of AI agents with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, SharePoint, and APIs.
• Prototype AI-powered solutions to automate tasks and improve processes.
• Collaborate with HR, technology, data, and business teams; document outcomes and learnings.
