BAKER TILLY CONSULTANCY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI Implementation Intern to support adoption of Artificial Intelligence solutions across the firm.

You will work with business teams to identify AI-driven improvements and assist in deploying AI tools, documenting workflows, and driving user adoption. The role offers hands-on experience in organizational AI transformation, with exposure to governance, data management, and change management activities within a professional services

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Data Science.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and implementing AI tools and platforms across various business functions.
• Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of AI applications.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and document findings.
• Monitor AI solution performance and suggest improvements.
• Review existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and AI enhancement.
• Map workflows and document current and future-state processes.
• Assist in developing AI use cases and business requirements.
• Prepare, clean, and organize data used for AI applications.
• Support the development and maintenance of knowledge bases and prompt libraries.
• Assist in creating governance documentation and usage guidelines.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy AI Implementation Intern to support the firm's adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence solutions. The intern will work closely with business and operational teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements, assist in deploying AI tools, document workflows, and help drive user adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Implementation

• Assist in evaluating and implementing AI tools and platforms across various business functions.

Process Analysis & Optimization

Requirement

Education

• Currently pursuing a degree (or equivalent) in: Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Preferred

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, or automation concepts.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, or low-code platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and productivity tools.
• Exposure to process mapping or project management methodologies.
