Prudential Assurance Company Singapore is seeking an experienced Digital Enablement Manager to drive AI-enabled distribution initiatives from ideation to deployment. You will translate business needs into digital solutions and oversee UAT, governance and adoption across channels.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Tech Product Owners and Engineers to ensure high-quality, data-driven outcomes and responsible AI practices while enhancing distributor journeys.

• Proficient in project governance, execution and risk management.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Data-driven decision-making and translating complex requirements.
• Experience with AI solution development, testing and governance.

Responsabilités

• Drive development of digital distribution and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and data-driven solutions.
• Champion user-led design by engaging distributors throughout design.
• Define end-to-end processes, articulate value, translate to use cases and features.
• Lead digital and AI initiatives from concept to implementation and rollout.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Tech Product Owners and Engineers.
• Oversee UAT, sign-off and post-production verification for quality.
• Plan and coordinate UAT with relevant SMEs and sign-off.
• Work with Compliance, Risk and IT teams for governance and controls.
