Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking to drive new digital and AI-enabled capabilities for distributors, turning ideas into launches and iterations.

The role focuses on identifying where AI, GenAI, automation and data can enhance distributor journeys and business processes. You will collaborate with business analysts, tech product owners and engineers to translate business needs into prioritized features, oversee proofs-of-concept through rollout, and ensure governance and risk controls

Responsibilities

• Drive new digital and AI-enabled capabilities for distributors, from idea to launch and iteration
• Spot where AI, GenAI, automation and data can improve distributor journeys and business processes
• Involve distributors in the design so solutions fit user, customer and business needs
• Turn business needs into use cases, requirements and prioritised features
• Take initiatives from proof-of-concept through to rollout, including feasibility, stakeholder alignment, testing and governance
• Work with business analysts, tech product owners and engineers on requirements, user stories and the backlog
• Run UAT: coordinate business testers, triage and resolve defects, retest and secure sign-off, including testing AI outputs
• Work with Technology, Customer, Compliance and Risk teams to build in governance, controls, guardrails and human oversight
• Support adoption through communications, training and stakeholder engagement
• Track delivery and manage risks, issues and dependencies
• Look after BAU support for the platforms, including incidents, issue resolution and monitoring
• Use feedback and usage data to decide what to improve next
