Qualificações

• Proven experience building data pipelines and integrating multiple data sources.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data engineering and analysis.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud data services, especially AWS, is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and maintain data pipelines integrating customer behaviour and operational telemetry.
• Develop dashboards and analytics views for insights into service quality and customer journeys.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to identify patterns and predictive issues in data.
• Correlate technical performance with customer experience to guide improvements.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to translate insights into actions.
• Define and improve customer experience metrics and data quality across stakeholders.
• Automate data prep, analysis and reporting workflows for speed and scalability.
