Job summary

Singapore Telecommunications Limited is seeking a data analytics and BI specialist to analyze large volumes of Outside Plant data, build Power BI dashboards, and define KPIs for operations. You will develop AI-enabled workflows and support infrastructure investment decisions.

The role requires strong Python skills, experience with AI tools, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ML, AI or related discipline.
• Strong analytical thinker, fast learner, able to understand requirements and adapt to new AI tools.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with AI/ML libraries.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or multi-agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Analyse large volumes of network data to identify trends, exceptions, risks and improvements.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics for utilization, progress and data quality.
• Perform trend, variance and root-cause analysis to support decisions.
• Design, build and maintain AI workflows for operations use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to validate outputs.
