Job summary

SAP Labs Singapore seeks an experienced Machine Learning Engineering Manager for the Joule Work Platform Services team. Lead design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade AI platform services that integrate with SAP applications, including S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and SCM.

You will drive platform vision, own SDLC, and guide a team of AI/ML engineers and DevOps colleagues to deliver production-grade capabilities, tooling, and agentic AI services at scale.

Qualifications

8+ years in software product development with a focus on AI/ML systems and platform engineering.
Proven track record delivering scalable, production-grade platforms.
Strong command of Agile processes and hands-on practice across development, QA, and release functions.

Responsibilities

Define product plans and execute against committed delivery timelines for Joule platform features.
Own the full software development lifecycle from design to testing and adoption by stakeholders.
Lead design and delivery of agentic AI services and LLM-integrated platform capabilities.
Provide architectural and technical guidance while maintaining hands-on engagement to ensure high availability and scalability.
