Job summary

SAP Labs Singapore is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineering Manager to lead the Joule Work Platform Services team. You will shape the platform vision, supervise ML-driven product delivery, and guide a cross-functional group of AI/ML engineers, product managers, and DevOps specialists.

You will drive the development of scalable, enterprise-grade AI platform capabilities powering SAP applications such as S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years in software product development with a deep focus on AI/ML systems and platform engineering.
• Experience delivering SaaS on cloud and working with microservices architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define product plans and deliver against committed timelines.
• Lead design and delivery of agentic AI services and LLM-integrated platform capabilities.
• Provide architectural and technical leadership for highly available, scalable platform services.
• Mentor and develop team members, manage staffing and career growth.
• Collaborate with product owners, DevOps, and other units to release production-grade features.
