Job summary

Singapore Telecommunications Limited (Singtel) invites engineers to join AIDA-Artificial Intelligence & Data Analytics as part of a strategic AI platform team. You will help scale the enterprise AI ambition, building and operating agentic services and secure APIs across tools and data services.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, collaboration with AI architects, and adherence to DevOps, GitOps and IaC practices within a security‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, cloud-native infrastructure, DevOps, or data/AI platform roles.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift or equivalent container platforms.
• Experience developing, deploying or integrating APIs, microservices or distributed application services.
• Experience with software development, scripting, system integration or platform automation.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD, and structured software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and operation of Central AI Kitchen's shared Agentic AI Platform Services on container platforms.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining platform capabilities for secure interaction between AI agents, enterprise systems and tools.
• Develop and maintain reusable platform components and services for onboarding and operating governed AI agents.
• Support security, scalability, interop, resilience and reliability of agentic AI services.
• Perform hands-on engineering, testing, troubleshooting, deployment and operational support under senior direction.
• Collaborate with AI architects, infrastructure, cybersecurity, application teams and other AI Platform Engineering teams.
