Job summary

MAS Monetary Authority of Singapore invites you to join the Financial Infrastructure & Artificial Intelligence Office (FIA) to strengthen Singapore's financial AI ecosystem through strategic partnerships, industry engagement and ecosystem development initiatives.

You will collaborate with financial institutions, AI firms, FinTechs, technology providers, academia and public-sector partners to identify opportunities, anchor leading AI and technology companies, and advance responsible AI adoption

Qualifications

• This role requires 5+ years in strategy, consulting or business development within financial services, technology, or public sector.
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder partnerships and translate strategies into executable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, industry developments and AI business models.
• Awareness of governance, safety, trust and deployment challenges related to AI adoption.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management from technical teams to C‑suite executives.
• Strong writing skills for policy papers and presentations.
• Self‑motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and impact focus.

Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Development: Develop strategies and initiatives that strengthen Singapore's financial AI ecosystem and support AI innovation in financial services
• Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage partnerships with financial institutions, AI firms, FinTechs, technology providers, academia and public-sector agencies
• Industry Engagement: Engage ecosystem participants to identify opportunities, address industry challenges and drive collective action on AI adoption
• Programme Management and Execution: Drive strategic initiatives from concept to implementation, coordinating stakeholders and delivering measurable industry outcomes
